Very good product for someone who does not need to print everything they do. Reliable and being wireless is a great convenience.

Easy to set up and used it several times already. Love it! Came with a auto ship ink cartridge refill for only $2.99 a month.

HP sales rep pushed this printer to us. I wanted one that plugged into the router, but he said this was better. Bull. Printer set up but could not get it to talk to the router (via wifi) as advertised. Instructions are vague. Bought a new router no change. Finally the next day was able to install drivers into my laptop, but not the wife's. Couldn't get anything to print. A week later i called the help line, the gentleman remotely,he got both computers to print, doing most of the same stuff I did. All was good for a week or so then printer went "offline" as seen by the laptops. After 2 days I was able to find a security setting on the printer that allows it to print. None of the "help" programs did anything to fix any issue, in fact one of them reloaded the drivers and screwed it up.... I long for the easy days of Plug and Play. I have no confidence that this printer will work in 2 weeks, feel like it will reject us again...

Great for the price (along with my $35 rewards coupon); couldn't have asked for a better printer when I was looking for one.

I needed a basic printer with scanning capabilities. Was told "it's easy, all you have to do is..." Having trouble linking the scan function to my computer.

I like this printer because it was easy to set-up. I have not connected the wireless yet but I am sure it will be easy to do.

The features it comes with are good but it prints slow and whenever i am printing something it randomly cuts it off.

It couldn't keep up with the print jobs and sometimes only printed 1/2 of the page if I put too many jobs in at one time. A printer should do better than this.

Very easy to use right out of the box. Very cool that you can download different premade pictures to print for coloring or crosswords. Picture quality is great too. They look like you just went to Walgreen's. Vibrant color. WiFi works great, from computer to printer in one click. The user interface is user friendly and colorful. If you have a SD card pop that bad boy in and choose what pictures you want to print. Its that easy. But ifyou are looking for a printer. This one works fantastic. Yahoo!!!

Great for small office use. We don't do a lot of photo printing but color printing is good quality. Good value for the money.
