Too big

This was a gift to my daughter. I bought it on sale and they wouldn't allow her to exchange it (for a more EXPENSIVE model) because she missed the 15 day return period. Really? Very disappointed. Expected better service from Best Buy and will think hard before buying online again.

Needed an "Air Print" capable printer.

I did not want to spend a lot of money since we already owned a perfectly good HP Printer. This printer fit he bill exactly. It is not tall like our other printer, although it has basically the same footprint. The only negative part is the capacity of the print cartridge.

About three weeks after buying the printer, it needed more black ink and another week later I had to replace the color ink. With ink labeled XL, I thought it would last longer. I don't believe I print more than the average person, and I didn't print any photographs.
