All colors are muddy

The reason I purchased this is because It had a good sale, I needed a good color printer to replace my old one which has been very good for 4 or more years, and I have had good luck with HP printers in the past. However, this one is a dud, and I am going to see if I can return it for a refund. While I am very pleased with the monthly ink program, I am not pleased at all with the printer. Even though I set it up for best quality, it is far from that. The whites are grayish. Everything is much darker than the original, and muddy. The contrast is not adjustable (who ever heard of a printer that didn't allow for contrast adjustment)? This is a shame, since many parts of the pictures are indistinguishable, even though the picture being copied or printed is quite clear. It looks like too much black is is being dispensed.

Difficult to set up

I had to purchase a usb cord to connect to my laptop, and the usb cord was not compatible with my laptop. Aside from this issue, it seems like the printer has the potential to be a really good printer, it has a lot of really cool features on it.
