I suppose there there can be a bad one in any batch, but I was the unlucky customer to get the bad one in this batch. On the plus side, I had no problem returning it. I'm guessing had it worked it would have been a decent printer.

I had been using a defunct major photo film company's copier. While it worked well, it would not print from my wireless devices. The HP 5530 does a great job and the cost per page or picture is set with the "Instant Ink" program. I love it!

I use my iPhone 4, now 5s to print wirelessly and it is flawless. You don't even need to hook it up to a PC to set it up. Scan quality is great, and it does not seem to blow through a ton of ink. It is easy to review your ink levels as well.

I printed 70+ christmas cards. They looked great as did the page of pictures. How ever I went through 3 color and 2 black cartridges. Made the cards fairly expensive. I have also scanned several hundred picture to computer. Does a great job.

Problems with setup . cartridges would not install properly. Returned.

Paper feed a little annoying but serves purpose.for small print jobs

I was extremely satisfied with this printer until I scanned my first several page document. It only scans one page at a time and does not offer an option to combine the document. It appeared as if it was combining the document from the option I chose, but did not once full document was scanned.

Replaced a Lexmark All In One with this one. Does everything I need it to do. Seems to do better on ink as well.

I bought this printer when it was on sale it seemed the best price, for what it offered, it was kind of hard to set up, but once i set it up it was smooth sailing after that fast printing, quality pictures and the screen was touch screen which is convenient, and easy to print images or documents.

This wireless printer was the easiest set up of the 4 printers in my home. The device was immediately picked up by all other wireless smart devices in the home (desktop, all in one, tablets, etc.) Print quality is wonderful and it does a great job on color photos. Would buy this again for sure.

This printer is low key with a great price tag. The only downside is the wifi connection. It seems to drop connection at times. Turning the unit off and on again usually solves the problem. Great printer otherwise.

I needed something inexpensive that was capable of printing primarily b & w documents. Definitely does what I needed it to do though it is a bit slow. I don't think you really want this one for printing a lot photos, think it might take too long,but it should be fine for a few here and there.

I like the printer connected via USB, but when using it wirelessly, it has problems printing multi-page documents. It usually has an error on the second or third page, even though the wireless router is next to it. I don't have any other issues with my Wi-Fi, and the printer works fine on USB

HP has the better products to use. I buy only HP products.

it's a little slow, it's pretty basic. The price was great.

easy to buy this print y so easy to install to, i thingh this printer is so economic to use in some Works, i hope so what that recomendation is, better tan other marcs, 1 recoemd this printer, thank you h p envy 5530

This printer prints very well however with the connection loss because its wireless I have had to reinstall it almost every time I use it. It is not very convenient. I use it for school purposes mainly. Would probably like it better if it came with a back up connection wire for the USB that could be used when needed. This is my first wireless an I am not happy. All my previous printers were HP and I didn't have problems.

I returned this because it wasnt a Photo smart printer.

Nice printer no problems to report good for the price

The printer on display worked fine. The same printer that I ordered from Best Buy online did not. The touch panel was not calibrated correctly so I was unable to set it up. I returned it to the store & exchanged it for a printer that had keys instead of a touchscreen.
