Love that it scans, copies, and prints. The functions are easy to navigate and the quality of regular prints and scans are great. The scanning process could be a bit quicker, but one just needs to have a little patience.

great value for money product good quality, very compact so very useful and easy to access with great connectivity cannot yet rate ink use, but i think best option will be the hp auto refill, hassle free and seems good value

I have had this printer for a year now and it works really well. It was my first wifi printer and was no problem starting up. The one negative is that it is picky about which ink cartridges it takes.

I do not like that it will not print on cardstock, only regular printer paper. It also will not accept smaller sizes other than 8x11. Otherwise prints well.

I love my new printer,and the HP ink program is so amazing... I do not have to go out to buy ink ;they ship it immediately when the printer starts running low. I had minor glitches and the IT assisted with corrections.

I did not realize it was a two sided printer until I printed a document with two sides. Great surprise.

This printer is good and fast for my purposes. I find that having the icons (ie ink level...) is very handy. The easy access to the ink cartridges is a big plus.

I have been using this for a month and I haven't seen any flaws . But the printing quality not so great .. So if looking for great quality printing then it's not for you but for daily use it is good and affordable....

the price is high but it has a lot of great options to it so I would buy it again if I had to

I have had several different printers over the years. I like the HP brand. The cost and convenience of this particular HP printer was very attractive. The actual use of the printer met my high expectations.

This printer has a two sided printer which saves a lot of paper,and ink. You don't have to think of how to turn the paper over, it does it automatically.

My new Hp has been a pleasant surprise. It is very different from my last printer and has taken some getting used to, but the on screen menu and prompts have been extremely helpful. So far, I really like it!

It was easy to setup & use. Great for printing from your iPhone. BUT I would not purchase again due to the fact the ink cartridges do not last long. It's cheap to purchase the printer... But you end up spending more $$ on ink. I purchase 3 ink cartridges in 10 days. I'm a student, this wasn't in my budget.

I purchase most of my business items from Best Buy due to service provided by Geek Squad. I purchased my computer at Best Buy and would rate as Excellent

This is a nice home-use printer with nice scanner features. Set-up was not bad but extra features like eprint and cartridge delivery take extra efforts. I still haven't figured out the cartridge delivery.

I like my printer but since I don't use it all the time, it goes on sleep mode and if I don't turn it on again before I print, the printer doesn't print my document. Other than that, it's a good printer.

Our family is truly enjoying this printer. We signed up for the auto cartridges which means we'll NEVER run out of ink...we just received our ink a week before it is schedule to run out....love it!

Does its job! Wireless connection consistent, no problems there. But print speed and color saturation with photo paper leaves something to be desired. For the price, though, its meets expectations.

Was easy to set up but ran into issues with feeder tray. Paper jamming continued to be a problem. Return to Best Buy was hassle free, as always.
