It has an easy set up and isnt big or bulky but when it comes to print or scan is super loud, but it prints and scans fast.

Nice to have wireless network no more cable wish everything is going to be wireless in future years still learning how much inks to keep around with kids school work

Love the printer and love having had the choice to order the ink in the mail. It is just sent to me when the ink is getting low I don't ever have to worry about it.

This all purpose printer is ideal for my purposes. It will get limited use and I don't need more features or faster print speeds. The features and price fit my needs.

I keep having problems that the printer will not print. It will not come on when you push the power button. In the beginning it was great. Now I am not so sure.

I bought this for the ink program cability & use it for printing church bulletins. So far it is meeting my needs, & I love having the ink delivered to my door. :)

The "OK" or "select" button on the touch screen was very sensitive, not in a good way. It would only work if I jammed my nail into it. I tried soft, hard, tapping it, using a pen, sometimes it just didn't work. The color on this printed never worked either. I used 3 different cartridges, changed all my settings. I would use other printers, color was fine. Just not on this one.

This printer has been great. We haven't had any problems using it with our small business. Easy to change the ink cartridges. Scanner works good.

Love the printer and enjoy the auto refill on ink. I print photos and documents and have been completely satisfied with both and it seems to not use a lot of ink.

It was a good value for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the photo prints. They weren't amazing, but they were better than I expected.

A absolutely wonderful and durable printer. I print hundreds of pages a week due to my genealogy projects and this printer is the absolute best.

i bought one of these printers for home use and liked it so much we bought one for the office. have not had any problems with either one, can't go wrong with HP

This printer is not reliable for every day use. It intermittently strips and carries the document to be printed

I was proud of myself for hooking it up and getting it to work all by myself and I like it better than my old one.

Does its job well, the only gripe I have with it is it sometimes gets stuck at the cartridge alignment part after changing ink cartridges.

For $100 great printer. With 2 ink cartridges it makes replacement very affordable.

They love me HP5530 series. I wouldn't buy any other brand of printer. This is refurbished in it is lasted for quite a while
