    We purchased this printer to companion with our new HP computer. We had great difficulty getting it to connect to the computer, and when we called the HP company for tech support, the tech was nice for the 1st 10 minutes, gave us some basic directions, but after we declined to purchase extra security software, costing several hundred dollars, (we prefer another provider and wished to purchase from them after our 30 day coverage ended), the tech had our computer "locked up", and continued to argue with my husband for 20 minutes before my husband finally DEMANDED that he remove the lock and return the computer controls back to us. We were so upset, we took both the computer and printer back to Best Buy and bought an I-Mac at the Apple store. We love it and will never again deal with HP.
