Prints great, but couldn't access the internet through wireless. Kept getting all types of messages from HP to download this or that. A pain. Ended up hooking up direct from computer.

should not have to clean out of the box - wated half of my ink runing tests - hp would not replace ink

Will be returning this. Per internet search, this is not an uncommon issue with this printer. If the solution really is to boil the ink cartridge I think I will go with a competitor.

The price is right, for a small compact printer . The paper seems to jam more than it should and you have to set on a very flat surface.

Could not get it to scan. Relative has the same printer and is having a lot of issues with it, again with scanning. Exchanged for the HP Deskjet 2540 and we are very pleased.

I needed a bluetooth printer, so the salesman recommended this one, saying it was great for printing photos as well as other printing items from your iPhone or iPad. It worked great for about 6 months, then it didn't. I put in new ink cartridges, which were pricey, but it did not solve the problem. Quit working altogether, and is now taking up space on my bookshelf and collecting dust!

Would have loved it if it wasn't for the lack of control. Can't print black and white by choice Watts ink by printing a test page every time turned on. No way around it.

Returned it, never worked geek squad downloaded disk, kept adking for it. Laptop doesn't have disk drive. Maybe faulty one or set up wrong but did not like it

Hard to insert sd card, no usb input poor photo quality

Rep said this would be easy and would work with my iPad and laptop!! My husband tried for 3 hours and still does not work!! Still sitting on my floor

I knew this printer and scanner didn't work quite as it should, but it was only when I logged in to check on something else I had ordered that I realized they had sent me a refurbished printer. I ordered a new one, and nothing I was sent at the time I ordered or received the printer indicated it was refurbished. However, it shows refurbished on my order history. I am not a happy camper. Be careful when ordering from Best Buy.

The printer works fine but after a few years the scanner stopped working so I can't email documents or make photocopies.

Considering the price and my age it will have to do. Poor printing; uneven and streaky at times.Very slow printing.Poor directions. Uses lots of ink.

We have had no luck with this printer. It crumples 95% of the papers we put through it. The wireless part of it works great but we never get a good print because they are all folded over. We are taking it back, just have not had time yet.

The printer will be printing say 11 pages of a document and on page 7 the readout will say "cancelling printing." On its own, not me. Why?

This printer does what is supposed to do. No issues so far but ink will be expensive because the color cartridges are combined into one.

The ink seemed to get used up quickly. It took some time to figure out how to print a 4x6 photo.

This printer was returned after I had functioning for less than 15 minutes. I did purchase another HP printer to replace this model.

after several hour effort by the internet geek squad staff he was unable to establish this element. Took it back & got a different model

This printer is NOT for photos! The paper rollers etched lines across every photo, making them unusable. The colors were fine, but what's the point is every photo printed was scratched?? I took the first printer back to the store and got a brand new one. DUH! Same problem again. I got a refund on the printer! Also, it was a PAIN to set up. It took the "helper" TWO HOURS on the phone to set it up Online/Wireless. What a waste of time!
