had trouble with scan function

Scanning is not so great

not as quiet as i thought it should be
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.also had issues with it not wanting to grab the correct amount of paper when printing. tech support is available, however they have heavy accents and it makes things quite difficult during translation. not completely satisfied with this product, but since it is only for personal use, we will adapt. only load 3-5 sheets of paper at a time to ensure proper printing.
