This thing caused me nothing but problems straight out of the box. From connectivity issues, random cancellation of jobs, refusing to print, randomly printing slowly, to the mother of all problems: Incompatible cartridge error. Customer support is a complete waste of time, and after going through all troubleshooting steps, it has been determined that I need to "service the printer." I'll service it by throwing it out the window and buying something else.

I bought this printer a year ago It is really good one I highly recommend buying it with the ink plan. It is good for student or small office My only complain sometimes it jammed papers, otherwise great deal Now is cheaper only 69$ very good price

Paper jams with each use to print or copy. Big waste of paper.

always kicks off from wire-less connection- its slow - scan to e-mail is a joke- only reason i bought was for -{the ink of the month club}

This printer looks new and is so much more streamlined than our previous printer, which was also an HP. The screen display is sharp and clear. We have set it up on our home network so my husband can print from his desk -- as can I. It is so easy to use and prints fast. Our daughter and son-in-law have the same printer and when we saw theirs, we went out and purchased it the next day. I love the Ink Club because cartridges will be sent directly to my home. I'm so glad we got this printer. The only thing I don't like is scanning. Right now, the computer/printer determine where my scans will go. On my previous HP I could tell it which folder to scan into. It may be I can do that on this one, too, and I haven't just played with it enough. It's a fantastic printer.

Set up never resulted in it printing from my computer. I had to return it. On the bright side, Best Buy was cooperative in the return.

does not copy to my standards. really expected it to be able to print without jamming paper every time it prints front and back.

After loading software the printer would not print and showed as off line. I uninstalled the drivers so I could reinstall and the software would not load. I returned this printer and purchased the HP 6600 which works great.

I purchased this printer about a year ago. I've had no problems with it printing or scanning. It has also worked well when printing wirelessly from my iPad. It isn't the fastest printer, especially when using color, but the printouts are high quality. It comes with scanning/photo software, which takes care of my basic scanning needs. HP printers have always worked well for me. This one is no exception.

It wastes a lot of ink, due to the fact that they only give you starter ink. Not recommended for college students.

My previous Envy printer was superior to this one. paper tray has to remain open, tosses copies on the floor.

I was told "all you have to do is take it home and plug it in". It took longer than that. In the 39 days I`ve had it, I`ve had to make 4 service calls. It will not stay on line. Anyone have a solution???

Very disappointed, the wifi has know issues with Windows 8 and 8.1, spent 6 hours troubleshooting, contacted tech support, 2 weeks later that emailed me back that it was the wrong tech support...great job HP. Would NOT recommend.

I am a fan of HP products and absolutely loved my old HP inkjet printer. What a disappointment when the new printer turned out to be giant steps backward in technology.

The touch panel is slow, and it is needed to press vary hard the options to use them

Loved this printer in the beginning. After a year this thing is now constantly saying it is offline and HP can't figure out why. If you wanna call they charge a fortune since I am just past my warranty. A waste of money if you want a printer that will last.

I was told in the store this was a great copier. It is so slow and the ink doesn't last at all. I wish I would have returned it. Waste of money.
