I think HP needs to improve the wireless capabilities and figure a much simpler control panel. I also would like to have a instruction manual in paper form rather than a cd or website that is difficult to manuever in .

the product is nice i like the shape.. not to bulky its compact. the color is nice and touch screen which i like easy to set up air print nice but still when i print from my iphone its still dark nice print outs, not too fast in printing but its ok. what i don't like is the tray where the paper goes after printing. if you do not slide out the extension plastic from the bottom of the tray which is long and looked like it can break easily..the print outs will fly everywhere...fall from the table etc...so i need to pick up the print outs...sucks. the ink is nice because its only 2 and cost was not very expensive but i noticed ink run fast....just bought it yesterday and print like 100 pages...then its giving me low ink...unlike my other printer it lasts longer canon with 5 ink but expensive. well you can not have every thing in a printer. but this is ok printer for me for now

It will not remember my Wi-Fi connection. I was able to print from my iPhone just one time. After two weeks none of my Apple products will print via wireless to the sprinter. HP support is very poor.

I love that this is a basic printer and it can Perrine full color pics in the matter of seconds. To me a few minutes tI figure out the touch screen for it . But the fact it come with its own email so toy can print from anywhere. I Perrine from my phone as long as my printer is on I can be out and get a great pic and send it Right than and when I get home its there

This printer would not work returned. Got on line with Computer Tech support and they tried many things and finally told me the printer had many hardware problems and I should return it so I did.

this printer never works and I hate it with a passion. If I came home and saw someone had stolen everything including the printer I'd be happy that at least they took it off my hands.

I purchased this printer not only for myself but for my daughter and it works great. It is so easy to hook-up both using a usb cable to wifi. The quality of both printed pages and photos are excellent and it also prints on bothsides when selected. I have three hp printers and by far this is the best printer of all three at a very reasonable price.

Got this and after hooking it up at home, it doesn't work. Won't print. Not sure if I just got a defective one or not but I'm taking it back and i will try again.

I took back the first one I bought and I am not happy with this one either. Brand new cartridges and it still decides if it is gonna actually print all of the letters.

I am yet to print from my system. Still trying to get printer to connect by my computer, HP Envy. Wireless Router concerns, etc. Feeling pretty Stupid!

Easy to set up, no issues at all. We are all wireless now so this is a perfect printer of light use in the home. Paper tray does not hold a lot of paper but we have printed less than 20 pages in the month we've had it. The only issue has been a paper jam. The issue was with the paper which had a slight wrinkle in the edge where the paper had been pushed up against the back of the paper tray. This is easy to do since we only load a few pages at a time.

Right out of the box I was able to print from my iPad. Very easy setup, slim and sleek modern design!!!

my printer will not print it says ink door open.i bought 2,one works well the other does not

I am a college student and this printer fulfills my basic needs. Great print/scan function. In addition the wireless attribute makes it great.

This printer is amazing for the price. It prints fast, crystal clear, no smudging, etc. The best part is that it is wireless and has eprint. I love printing when I am in class and coming home to my notes already printed. Buy this printer!

Selected this model due to nice clean design, easy to use touchpad controls, good price, and the wireless direct feature. This can be used with the iPad/iPhone to print without having a home wireless network. The printer broadcasts its own network. Great for grandparents that do not have internet service to their home.

Printer does not work with Windows 8 computers at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem NC.

very difficult to set up, no help from HP or Best Buy

unable to connect to wireless wifi for months.....

Had it for less then a month, everytime it prints it jams. Poorly made, cheap.
