Connecting the printer to a laptop via USB works magically, but difficulty with printing if utilizing as a wireless network printer. Had to uninstall and reinstall on 2 different occasions. Print quality is great for documents; haven't tried to print photos as of yet. Scanning to computer option has also worked well.

My wife and I bought this printer hoping that it would be the solution to our problems. Well, it printed fast. It printed clean. It printed wirelessly. It worked great, and then one day it just stopped synching with the internet. We upgraded to the bigger model which prints on both sides and has an ethernet port plugin.

I've had a few wireless printers and most have been a headache and not very user friendly or useful. This is has been stress-free since the purchase. Easy to install, zero difficulty getting all my devices (5) to see the printer in the household. Love being able to email my printer as well. I tend to buy tickets for games and such and being able to just email the printer and come home to printed tickets so I don't have to worry about them has been great!

Before I get this printer, I was checking for best reviewed printer in best buy. Then I found this which is little older model but it is easy to setup and pretty good for home use.

We bought the HP ENVY 5530 Wireless All In One Printer Black ENVY 5530. Works great. Prints well. Haven't had a single problem.

I loved this printer at first, but not it has become beyond frustrating. I liked that it was compact and lighter than my old HP printer. I also liked that I was able to scan a document and send it straight to my email rather than having to connect my laptop. The first problem I had was just a few months after I got the printer. I was printing a document and everything kept printing out blank pages. I thought the ink was too low and needed replacing so I put another black ink container in. This did not resolve the issue and after spending some time on the phone with HP support they determined that they would need to look at it and they sent me a new one. I got a new one and now, one year later, it looks like it will need to be replaced again. It won't send any of my scanned documents, whether it is connected to my computer or sending to my email, by saying it cannot find the server or some other error. I'm getting ready to leave for school out of state and I'm not happy that I will either have to wait for a replacement or dish out more money for another new printer. All around dissatisfied that the seldom used printer won't last for more than 12 months.

i just bought this and all i can say that its very good no problems easy to use and set up always been a big HP fan good job HP

One of the reasons I shop Best Buy is because of their Low Price Guarantee. I found this printer for less on a competitive website and my local Best Buy store matched the price and I had a new printer the day I needed it and didn't have to wait for delivery. Now on to the printer, I've owned several brands of printers and like HP because they've been dependable and I can find replacement cartridges at a bunch of retail stores including grocery and drug stores. HP's web based support is an added bonus.

Bought it for dad and he loves it. Print quality is good, although the ink doesn't last too long...but that's nothing new..

Excellent, easy to install wireless printer. I print minimally. Works with Toshiba computer & Samsung tablet.

My printing needs are basic, mainly papers for college, and it does a fine job meeting my requirements

It has a touch screen that is user friendly, it is nice and sleek looking, it has a scanner and it can be set up wirelessly, works with airprint

This is a great, low-cost WiFi printer/Scanner/copier from HP. It was very easy to set up and easy to install the printer software on multiple computers. The scanner function is straightforward and easy to use; my wife likes how simple it is to scan pictures to her laptop for easy Facebook posting. I do wish it had a hardwired ethernet port for direct connect to my home LAN via the router (it's all about speed, baby!), but that's the only real feature I miss. Print quality of course won't match those printers with 4 print cartridges (this only uses one b/w, one tri-color). I like the auto-duplex ability as well.

I am loving the printing quality...its cost effective...an accessory for home
