I have purchased 3 HP all in one printers in 5 years. First one terrible, 2nd one fantastic until my daughter got a massive paper jam and shoved a knife in printer and then I bought the HP 5530. The scanner never worked at all even after spending 1.5 hrs with HP support in india. They were very nice but blamed issue on my computer. I had my work IT guys try to fix problem and definitely said it was a driver issue. Long and short of it the driver in printer was bad from the start and no updates would work. The print quality is good but very slow and copy making is VERY slow too. I am looking now for a new printer and will most likely steer away from HP.

Wish it had a document feeder for the price but does print very well.

I wanted a printer that could be used by all the laptops in the house. This printer fit the bill. I also wanted to do the HP ink auto delivery, which is fantastic. The printer was very easy to set up, and we can all print wirelessly.

Works great and can print from any room in my house.

I bought it for my family to use just daily printing for school works and documents. it works great ,and the speed is much more faster than the ENVy 100 I had pre-owned. Very great printer for house use, also apply for the 2.99/month ink plan, pretty much I don't have to buy inks from now on. HP will send me inks if they detected the printer is on low ink status. it is just a great pritner for a decent price. i am planning to get another one for my office in the near future.

Printer was very easy to set up and so was the wireless print feature. , Prints fast, quiet, and best of all was the price. The HP instant ink is another awesome feature. Awesome Printer that I would recommend.

We purchased this on a pre-Christmas great deal sale. We feel it's great value for the price we paid. It was easy to connect to our network and to install the hardware on our printer. So far we are pleased with this printer and it does just what we need it to do.

I am very happy with the print quality. However I cannot get my computer to recognize the printer. Have tried for hours and it won't connect. So I have to send everything to print by email. I can connect using a cord but that was not why I bought it. I now have to move my laptop into the room where the printer is. The "support" offered to help me - for $150. Some help! I'm not happy with that at all. So I cannot do everything I hoped I could. But the print quality is very good.

This printer replaced another HP that was 5 yrs old.....What a big difference in tech a few years made. This printer is much faster, has a smaller profile, built in WIFI and looks great. Highly recommended for an all-in-one home printer.

I got this printer because my wife wanted to be able to print from her phone and tablet. It was very easy to set up and use. My wife and I both love it! It also doesn't hurt that I bought it on sale for $64.99!

Overall performance seems to be OK but if you need the wireless function you will be disappointed. Wireless printing is OK but wireless Scan is impossible. An HP technician and I worked for 4 hours trying all the standard stuff with no success. 4 hours I will never get back. Operating in USB mode is fine. If wireless is important try another product.

My old printer worked for 6 years until it finally gave out. So I read for the reviews for this printer and went to go buy one. The setup was really easy and worked great. I changed internet services so I needed to update the wireless info. The touch screen does not work at all. I touch a few few and it works, then it becomes non-responsive or the selection that I make isn't recognized and it launches a selection way off from where I was pressing. You can't do any of the wireless key features from the computer. It has to be done on the printer itself. So since my touch screen doesn't work right, its useless. Now I have to buy another printer after 2 months! Do not buy!

I haven't used this printer a whole lot but so far it's worked pretty well. The only problem so far is making sure the tray is in completely.

I have had my Envy 5530 for over a month now and I have yet to scan. The printing features are great, it was very easy to setup. I am using Windows 8 and I have a feeling that is the root of my problem but I can't prove it yet. I work from home once a week and need to scan document to email back to the office. So far I have only scanned 1 document and it took me over an hour to get the scanner to do that. That was the first day I set it up. Since then I have been searching for a fix on the HP website. I am close to looking for another printer that is not an HP.
