Worst Printer I ever had

This is the 2nd one too (Best Buy already replaced the first one.) 95% of the time it either > Jams > Doesn't think any paper's there and says "Out of Paper". or > Grabs 2 sheets of paper to print. I am bringing this one back too. I DO NOT recommend it to anyone!

HP Ink Replacement progam

HP sent me an email saying the printer is offline. Wrong, the printer is online, however the software fails to install the web services. First time I bought an HP printer, also the last. If you buy this printer do not buy into the ink program. I researched how to fix this error on the web, seems to be a big problem for any HP printer using this service.

Awful printer

It did not come with a USB cord and the WiFi on campus is not one that is easy to use. HP did not consider a way to make this a good, reliable printer for college students.

Not worth the money

The second cartridge worked properly but the 2-sided printing does not. The last page of a multi page document never prints

Bad Scanner
