instant ink issues

In his case we have had hours & days of issues & phone calls to support,can't chance username or password because of something called Snapfish! My Instant Ink was quick & easy but my father is screwed because of Snapfish. I wish someone could tell me what is it/ why does HP need it? & how do you get rid of it? probably spend another day on the phone.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.stated could use this printer with direct connection. no cord came with it to scan need to command from computer, as will only scan from printer command if wireless I cannot use as wireless as geek squad has totally interfered with my provider connection which had to be reset and then the printer will not communicate wireless. forced to get non wireless printer for each computer. geek said it was due to hp not having a way to not use capital on security,hp won't answer that question without a $65 service fee, so beware of hp support and geek

HP Dependable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the paper feed rollers on HP printers usually only last about 1 year for me and my use, the low price of the printers and the simple menu far beat the competitors. I tried using a different brand printer for a short time and the menu levels were so complicated and it never connected properly to my PC. SO that didn't last. Came back to HP and easy set up and menu - I was printing in 15 minutes without any glitches.
