Very happy with this purchase. It was very easy to set up and connected easily and flawlessly with my wifi. Prints easily from my desktop, laptop, tablet, and iphone. Photo picture quality is excellent. Ink usage has been reasonable. The two-sided page printing is a good feature. Text is legible and sharp, not smearing or shading. Would recommend highly if you want to print an occasional photo at home.

I bought this just needing to be able to scan and print. The WiFi is awesome and the HP apps make it SOOOO easy to seamlessly print from any device phone, tablet, or pc connected to the same Wifi as the printer. It appears that the build is more intended for occasional use (not cheaply made but...). I work from home a bit and needed an All-In-One. We had an older HP deskjet but it was time to upgrade. I went into the store looking to buy an inexpensive cannon printer, I had reveived an email on (deal of the day or something). It was actually the Best Buy rep who directed me to this one and pulled the reviews up for me to read. The units sale price was $129 on sale for $79. We have only had it a few months but, it works when we need it to, how we want to. I might say that so far it feels like the unit should be left on; otherwise you have to connect the wifi each time (might be the user :).

Doesn't take up a bunch of room, and no wires!! I don't regret this purchase one bit!

The HP ENVY5530 was simple to set up with our home network. All of the functions, printing, copying and scanning worked very well. Have not printed photos yet, so I can't comment on that, but the other functions performed at high quality. The one complaint is that the paper tray doesn't close when there is paper loaded. A minor point, but it seems messy and should have been able to be designed around.

I purchased this copier/ wireless printer when I bought a new laptop. I managed to set it up without the assistance of my kids, proving it is a simple process. A few months later I convinced my sister to get one, since she had an iPad and no printer. I set it up for her and gave her a lesson on using it from both her phone and iPad. We are both "red hat" age, so this is a very user friendly device!
