Needed to replace an HP 870CSE not because it was broken but you can't get ink for it anymore. It is more than 10 years old and still going. This new Envy 5530 printer seemed to fit the bill for what I needed. Wireless so all my computers can use it without stringing cat 5 cable all over the place. Excellent quality printing. Have not used the scanner or copier functions yet. Only problem - the CD with the drivers would not even load on Windows 8.1. Had to download the latest from the internet. The CD did work on the one computer with XP on it though.

Easy to install, the printing is crisp, a good value for the money.

My previous HP printer had the SD card slot. Worked great. So when it stopped working, I wanted another to work the same. I paid extra to get one with the card slot. This printer doesn't work well with the cards and getting your pictures downloaded or whatever you have on your card. On the other printer, just insert the card and a box popped up on the computer to download pics. On this printer, if you're using it wirelessly, you can't do that. You have to go to run, enter you IP address and find them that way. Then you have to transfer them to whichever file you want to keep them. Too much work. But, if you hard wire it to the computer, it works just like my old printer...but, regular printing doesn't work well unless you turn on the wireless feature. Much ado for sure.

This has been a great product, so far. It was very easy to set up the Bluetooth and connect to all my devices. Photos and basic printing have turned out good. The ink is a little expensive, however a positive is that the color cartridge is one single cartridge and not multiple for different colors. Overall the printer was on sale for a great price.

I don't consider myself computer illiterate or computer genius. I'm a moderate computer user and this printer is by far one of the best printers I've had in my home. It's really easy to use for me right now. I'm aware that it can do more than just print but am happy knowing that once I've advanced myself, I'll be able to use it more. Thank You Best Buy.

Nice printer, easy to set-up, easy to use. Love that it's wireless

Pros: It is very small, doesn't make a lot of noise and the way the paper tray is built, it takes the least amount of space possible. Cons: I had problems with the touchscreen, sometimes i would need to press 2 or 3 times for it to work. However, I only needed to use it to set it up and never used the touchscreen again, so it's not a big problem for me.

Easy set up for wireless tablets and laptops. Good print quality.
