I was given an open box item

My only coment is for the Best Buy store on Broadway and Houston st in Manhattan NYC. I purchased the printer new and online with the option to pick it up in the store. The box was taped with a lot of clear scotch tape and when I opened it inside there was the receipt from the previous owner.

Seemed to have all the functionality I was looking for at a great price. I could not be happier. Easy setup, double sided printing, and HP ink service. Never running out of ink is a dream come true.

The only drawback is that it is somewhat slow. However, for the money, it does the job. Documents and photos are perfect. It found the network with no problem so was up and running quickly.

Great Printer

I have never owned a printer and had no idea what it would take to set this one up but it was very easy. I am so glad I bought this printer because it has the touch screen. Anything I didn't know how to do it would show me how on the screen. I'm printing everyday now!
