the printer is a sold printer and prints fast. The only issue that I have with it some times it disconnects from the network and has to be rebooted. it does not do this every time so not really a big deal.

Love my printer - it's fast - the price was right and prints fantastic and the cartridge for the printer is so reasonable.

I like the printer overall! Size and capabilities are great! I am very tech savy and have a new laptop with no DVD/CD but set-up online and cannot get to print via wi-fi. Spent too long already trying to trouble shoot so will buy cable. Can print via e-mail attachment in mean time.

Printer works great. I'm still on the original cartridges that came with the printer. I signed up for HP ink and have those ready to install as well. Printing and scanning is good quality. Printer is fast.

It is so convenient to be able to print from other devices including my smartphone.....the ease of not having to deal with wires and connections is great. Only sorry I didn't make the switch sooner

We got this as a birthday gift for a friend who was always asking us to print stuff for her. It's has been user friendly and offers many useful functions not previously offered in this price range.

The small size is perfect for the spot the Mother In law had for it. She is very pleased with it saying the color representation is very good. When I set up the wireless connection it went flawlessly and fast.

This is a really great little printer for the $$ that you spend to get wireless access from your Mac, iPads, & phones. One really nice feature is the ability to print long distance as in another state.

Printer was very easy to set up and install on my lap top. I am not "tech savvy" and I especially liked the video instructions included. Would buy again.

i purchased this printer at a good price. great sale. i remember it was even better on black friday but missed out. luckily, a few weeks later it was back on sale. Good printer works well and looks neat.

I sent this to my daughter in college over 2,000 miles away. She said it was easy to set up, and it is very user friendly. This was a great bargain, and I hope she will get quite a bit of use out of it.

This printer will be used moderately. Easy to use, moderately priced. If you need to print without wifi you need to purchase a printer cord to connect printer to computer.. Only included power cord.

Not being real savvy about printers and trying to keep my budget around $100, this printer was recommend to me by a Best Buy sales rep. For the price, the print quality was good and I was very happy with the photo printing. It was very easy and convenient to setup and the design did not take up a lot of room like my all-in-one that I use for other printing tasks. If it could just print a little bit faster it would be great, but for the price, features, and ease of use it is a great buy.

It's quick, quiet and print quality is good. The small machine is attractive.

I'm happy with this printer so far . I was debating between this model and a cannon but the size and quality of this one got me. Cons: hard to setup WiFi settings for my phone and other devices.

I bought this printer to go with my new Apple iPro. The hook up was so unbelievably easy! It was much easier than the Air Printer I bought 5 years ago with my old iPad! Keep up the good work HP!

I bought this printer because of the blue shirt staff's recommendation. And he was totally right, this machine is fantastic! I am a grad student, and sometimes I have to do some work even when I am home. This printer totally satisfies my needs! Besides, it can work wirelessly, which means I can print stuff shown on my iPad and iPhone! As of me, I think it is worth every penny spent on it. I love this printer, and now I love the blue shirt staffs, because they ARE trustworthy!

My mother was down sizing and looking for portability and this worked perfectly. The set up went easy and she is able to travel with the products. The cost was reasonable and the print quality is very good.

After reading numerous reviews on printers that would print wirelessly (I own an Imac desktop, Iphone, Ipod, Ipad and 2 kindle tablets) and also allow printing from tablets and smart phones, I chose the HP Envy 5530. The first unit I received started acting quirky within 1 week of installation. I followed all the instructions (uninstalled, re-installed software, unplugged from the power source, etc). The problems persisted. 3 separate times I called HP support and reached call centers in the Philippines. When asked to be directed back to the U.S. they stated they had NO one available in the U.S. By this time, I was angry enough to send an email to one of the HP higher-ups. I then proceeded to pack up the original printer (hey, humans assemble these things and I was hoping I had simply gotten a lemon), and returned to Best Buy and asked for an exchange unit. BEST BUY ROCKS! Even though it was past the original return date, they listened to what was happening and my experiences with HP, and gave me a new unit. Once I installed the new unit (it has been a few weeks now) the printer is performing well. The only exception to that is that when I try to print a document from "pages" a word processing app on my iPad, it will only let my do that in PDF format. Since then I have heard directly from HP in the U.S. They have stated they will work with me on my outstanding issues. I will update this review once I have worked with U.S. tech support to make sure they are resolved. NOTE: HP U.S.A. admitted they are outsourcing their call centers for purely economic reasons. I pointed out that if a customer can't receive basic support, they will lose customers, and that will have a huge impact on sales of their products. They then informed me that they administered surveys to determine if outsourced call centers was OK. They stated that overwhelmingly the answer was "go ahead and outsource to save money". I then questioned who they had surveyed, to determine if it was actual users of the product. Nope. Turned out they had determined a "target" audience and administered the survey to them. The survey taker did NOT need to own the unit to participate in the survey. HMMMMM....very interesting way to survey a product. If the unit continues to perform well, I would recommend it with the understanding that you will NOT receive necessary support on technical issues from (in my opinion) knowledgeable HP employees. ***This review is based on my individual experiences. I can't comment on what other buyers may have experienced.
