Sometimes seems slower than previous HP with same

Great computer, Didn't work

I expanded the memory from 4-8 Gb prior to even turning it on. It appears Geek Squad, who recommended the memory stick didn't realize it was the wrong memory stick. I returned everything because it didn't work and got a different computer, expanded the memory and had the same problem. It was after that a more intelligent Geek Squad member knew what the problem was.

good all around pc
