computer is fine but windows 10 is another story, difficult to navigate

Looking for something that can play older games and give internet access and this does a great job for a reasonable price.

Get for home computer. I don't do any gaming. Could have more memory

Good for email, facebook, a little online searching and shopping etc. If your 13 or 14 year old is computer savvy they'll likely complain about how slow this system is and how little it allows them to do with games they like.

Unfortunately my business computer went and we were in serious need of a new desktop as soon as possible. We decided to purchase this product. We brought in the old tower for the hard drive transfer. When we were told that it was ready to get picked up and do a walkthrough, the new tower would not boot or reboot. Time and time again they tried but it still would not work. The supervisor agreed to return that one and give us a different one (same model). They attempted yet again to transfer and the same thing happened again so we had to go with a different make/model etc. that was not what we really wanted due to the fact that the new make/model is not a slimline. We do however want to make it known that the Geek Squad employees (especially Mike) we very patient and understanding and beyond willing to help us with whatever questions we had/have.

For what he wanted is perfect and the use that we give

This product is small enough to tuck out of the way and quiet enough to forget it is there. Very happy.

The only thing: I was surprised that the computer does not have an HDMI port.

I saw it on sale and needed a new desktop. I ordered it from my smartphone and it was delivered to my office even early than expected. It is a great computer and am very happy with it.

Over all the computer works find. I had one issue with the Internet connection it keep dropping in and out. I found in the network card settings a energy saver that could turn on and off the network. This caused a lot of issues when using the computer. The Intel HD Graphic drivers still do not work correctly which I am not happy with at all. The computer has black boarder issues when changing the desktop resolution. Other then that the computer works fine.

I like that I went in picked up what I needed and the clerk was very helpful and no pressure got what I needed and was on my way!!

Installing Windows 10 was a little tricky as I was not sure what some of the choices meant. Also, I would have liked some printed documentation included.

HP continues to give you what you pay for with hard to kill hardware consistently providing the most bang for the buck.

This computer is just what I needed, after not buying a new one for 8 years. Store members were friendly and helpful.

Purchased for a web interface and minor other work for a ministry team. It works well for the intended purpose.
