Too slow!

Very slow

I needed to upgrade my old one the sales associate at best buy recommend this one to me and it is very slow and freezes all the time. I tried bring it back, but was told I was past my 15 day return policy. I'm very disappointed !

Continual problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this computer for my wife so she would have a basic and reliable computer, Well this computer out of the box is a spam and virus magnet. Even with antivirus and spam blockers installed, this computer loades spam at an alarming rate. It runs very slow and requires constant anti spam software scans in order to work even halfway decently.
