I bought this computer to go with the other 2 I have.

This computer is extreemly slow to process information

Do not like windows 10 which came with the hard drive

My old computer crashed with windows 10 upgrade. This one has enough to run windows 10 (or so I thought) I have a backup drive so I only need a computer for basics and internet. Got it home and only enough inputs for the basis. I have to unplug the printer whenever I want to plug in a flash drive or camera. It continuously freezes up on the internet and I have to restart. 3x its completely frozen up and I've had to turn the power off to reboot so figure its only a matter of time for this one to crash too. I'm estimating a day after the warranty runs out. Get the next model up!

Granted, we purchased this computer for my mother because it was on sale however, we still paid several hundred dollars and expected a functional machine. It does function but is VERY slow. We wish we could return it but it is too late.

Short time as it was returned within 4 days. This is the MOST CHEAPLY made HP I've ever seen and working? Well if it's your field but not if primarily a user. REJECT. I would not refer an enemy, yes, that bad

It was on sale and sales clerk said it would be good for my use . It is so SLOW even I am faster . Wish I had not gotten it but I did will make do . I will save for a better one next time

I like it, It serves its purpose for now. I may be in the market for a new one soon!

Its not what i expected it was going to be like? Looks like we need to buy another one like upgrade? To do more better things?

It's a little slow, but performs just fine. I really like it.

Doesn't play video very week stops a lot. Slow to load

This computer has all kinds of issues. Slow to respond to any command, does not allow user Admin rights to work properly, and internet browsers take several minutes to load. I've never had issues with a computer like this before. EVER ! I will not buy this computer again, and seriously thinking about avoiding HP altogether.

To many apps running in background, drags down speed

AWFUL!!! Stopped working within about a month of purchase! I contacted Best Buy and of course, not within return period. Here's what happened: Windows automatically updated and then my mouse would not work. I could move pointer but it would not click. Keyboard would not type. Cursor would be in a field but keyboard would not work. I tried restarting the computer and it started a neverending loop of turning on and then rebooting, never getting past the hp logo. I tried going through command prompt and resetting the computer. It wouldn't work. I spent hours on phone with HP tech support and they told me I needed to purchase recovery disks to a tune of $34. Recovery disks came and took almost all day to install. Computer worked temporarily and then same issue with mouse happened, except this time it started with mouse left and right clicking at the same time and then eventually I could move pointer but it wouldn't click, keyboard would not work again, computer was freezing intermittently. And now gain I can't boot into Windows - and this is after totally wiping out the system with recovery disks and reinstalling everything just yesterday! So I spent several hours on phone yesterday with Windows support, then another hour on phone with HP today and they agreed to repair for free... but I will be out of computer for 2 weeks. So far I have already wasted $34 on recovery disk, have been unable to work (I sell stuff on ebay and such) and spent another $30 or so on my tracfone trying to get this sorted out. I've probably already lost what I paid for the computer! (about $250). I should have spent a little more and gotten a better quality machine. I am terribly disappointed with it. My outdated windows xp computer was a bit slower but served me well for years! Seriously. Do not buy this. It works awesome at first and then it totally tanks. I have antivirus- its not a virus that's causing this. Especially since it started with the same problems after it was supposedly "recovered" with the disks. And also: the recovery disks HP sold me added so many antivirus programs at once that my computer was unable to download any programs. We were able to figure out the download problem with windows tech support but not the issues with the mouse, the keyboard, or the freezing problems. DO NOT BUY! It'll seem great at first but the machine is low quality. I so sad this happened. I don't make a lot of money and this has caused me to take a financial hit. DO NOT BUY!!!

Sorry, after one month I ended up returning this computer. This computer kept disconnecting from internet. Had Geek Squad online trying to fix the problem 3 times. Brought this computer into the store for Geek Squad to fix. Could not fix. Old HP computer with Vista hooked back up. Will be looking at Dell's after holidays. First computer I had was an HP pavilion that lasted 11 years. My current is about 7 years old, but it is slow and makes alot of noise. Sad to say that I will not be getting another Hp, and I am a retiree of HP!

Good basic computer. Bought this for my father who only browses on the Internet and sends emails. Kinda slow, but gets the job done!

Not the greatest PC but good quality for the price paid

Nice computer for out of the box. Does what I want.
