Did not realize it didn't have speakers, not too happy about that

Requires restart every time you try to use it after the Screensaver time expires. Best buy wants me to purchase a geek Squad plan to fix it even though I just bought it 3 weeks ago and had a baby in that time, so only used it like a week. It never worked right.

I had same HP model prior to this purchase and loved it - only needed new as hackers posing as Microsoft reps held old computer as ransom and destroyed it when I did not purchase their new apps. Best Buy's Geek Squad came to the rescue!

Bought this for work use and love it! Will consider same for home.

This computer, even with putting more memory in it, it needed to have the page refreshed every time it loaded a web page. Sometimes this process would crash Windows.

Nothing but problems with this desk top. Called H P 4 times and still have issues..

This computer did not suit my purpose. I exchanged it for a laptop.

bad cannot get it to update & nobody will help unless I pay another $200.

So yes we needed a new upgraded desktop, this HP slimline looks to be a great deal. Not yet hooked up i was inspecting the back for all the connectors and to my surprise it looks totally different than the pic from and BEST BUY and HP their sales pic on their sites. So new buyers be aware all the USB ports are not on your desktop only 2 usb 2.0 and 1 usb 3.0 at the back and 2 usb 2.0 on front I JUST FOUND OUT that in the specs they mention 5 usb ports total. But again the pic from both companies show a different back with way more ports.

Just bought this to replace old tower and surprised how easy it was to get up and running. Windows 10 uploaded the same day I plugged it in. It's great for my use, home, banking, news, and basic research. Takes up a third of the space of my old tower.

Great computer however they did not include the mouse which was supposed to come with the tower. I have emailed them and they responded with offering me a slight discount, however this was a "Geek Squad certified purchase and they said everything would be included as promised. All I want is the mouse which was promised and the software that was to come with it if any. So much for the certified guarantee. I would have given five stars if Best Buy wasn't avoiding me.

I bought this as a computer to hook up to my flatscreen and stream movies, but also play dvds. I didn't want to be limited on what files can be played as well. I liked the slim design. Still waiting on the correct cables so that can hook it up and get sound. It seems a little sluggish at time, but then again I haven't had a chance to really use it besides updating it to windows 10. Also i didn't expect it would be very powerful anyways.
