I tried very hard to set this printer up. Yet I was unable to. I don’t understand why it would not setup. After two days of trying and talking to a technician the printer still didn’t work. So I took this problem printer back and got a different brand printer that worked awesome. Thanx for the opportunity yet This printer is nor in my fav category. Again, thanx for letting me try.

Our old printer was not working so we got this. Printing is great. The only issue i had was it was not easy to setup.

The printer will not print. I have not had the printer very long. I used to be able to turn off the computer and turn off the printer, or cancel everything in the printer queue, then have it print, and it would print. Now, none of that works. It doesn't print. Do yourself a favor and buy the more expensive model -- the besalt colored one with the paper tray on the bottom. That printer actually works.

Wireless installation was a bit tricky. Had to factory reset the printer. Once done, I was all set. Can print wirelessly from any device and works well.

I have only owned it for a few months and I have constant issues with wifi connectivity and oftentimes the printer malfunctions when attempting to shut it off...blinking constantly and forcing me to have to turn it on and off by unplugging it completely. These have been occurring since the initial setup when the printer first arrived.

Very good printer, I only hope they will later add a printer with a bottom paper feed. I like that you have an option either tank or the electronic ink.

Good quality you can use for small office if you have one

This printer is good & cheaper but having few problems. As it doesn't work with double sided printing so usage of printing paper is more.

Nice to have a new printer. Anxious to print more photos. Had an HP photosmart before! Time will tell if the new ink system is better. I don’t know yet!

works ok ... wifi connection is slow, will use a hard wired connection that I kept from an no longer supported HP printer

Worked okay for a while. Jams a lot and throws a lot of error codes.

Different from other printer, how I’m seated I must stand to view buttons. Prior printer the buttons were on the face rather than the top.

The printer takes a while to start printing but it's not too bad.

It was a little confusing to set up. With the help of a family member and 2 hours later, the printer was up and running!

I love this printer!!!! It has everything I want and more. I especially love how it uses liquid ink and not the standard printer cartridges.

At least i know how much ink i have that's the winning feature for sure. Thanks shaquil o neals

Switched to smart tank haven’t been impressed print quality on photos are terrible and the last time I filled ink it has had an error on the printhead I have replaced the printhead and contacted hp still doesn’t work so now I have replaced with the hp envy

I returned this printer because: 1) it went off line a couple times a day 2) duplex printing required feeding each sheet back once one side was printed 3) feeding paper was inconsistent

Overall good but wish I had chosen one with larger display and scan paper feeder

I WIRED THE PRINTER TO MY HP LAPTOP. EVERY TIME I WANTED TO PRINT IT WAS A DISASTER. I SENT 3/4 OF A SHEET TO PRINT AND IT FINALLY PRINTED IT 2 HOURS LATER. I GAVE IT TO MY KIDS AND BOUGHT A EPSON. I NOW GET A PRINTOUT IN A SHORT TIME AS SOON AS THE PRINTER INISALISE.
