    Was very skeptical to buy this printer. The salesman was very helpful in explaining how to put the ink in etc. I absolutely love this printer, the best one I've had so far.

    The printer is okay. It looks good in and out. It also a great deal because comes with ink thats good for 2 yrs and you just have to refill but the only thing i dont like is how slow it prints.. sometimes blank paper comes out when i print something.

    Quite possibly one of the most memorable printer purchases I've ever made—unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. The printer gave up after just two months. I reached out to Best Buy and the Geek Squad, only to find myself caught in a cycle of calls, upsells (including a membership that cost more than the printer itself), and ultimately, no resolution. I was even told I could take it to any store for a replacement—spoiler alert: that didn’t go as promised either. At this point, it's not hard to see why Best Buy is finding it tough to stay competitive in today’s market.
