I like the fact it came with a plentiful supply of ink. Easy to set up, easy to print from phone, or computer. When scanning something, it is a little slower than my previous printer, honestly sounds a little junky. I hate the fact that I must sit in the room with it if I'm printing off a bunch of pages. The feeding system is terrible. I have tried several different types of paper, and same issue with all of them. This printer does not do front, and back copies at the same time. For the price, it is honestly just an average printer.

I've had this printer for a few weeks and it is excellent! I especially like how fast it is and the options for printing in draft quality for things that are not so important (even the draft quality is really good).

I love HP products, this is the first one I’ve had with the super tank, it was easy to set up connected perfectly with my WiFi and my iPhone within a few minutes I was printing, I’m anxious to see how long the ink lasts, I think the super tank will save $$ I feel like I was buying new cartridges for the old HP every 3-4 months and this one comes with up to 2 years of ink so it should be a good while before I need any more I’m very happy with this purchase

Great printer. I did have trouble setting up the WiFi. Now have to figure out how to get back into set up mode. Might just let the Geek Squad do that!

Layton did an outstanding job. He listened to what I needed in a typewriter and recommended a very efficient typewriter for my needs.. I am completely satisfied with what he recommended. Layton has helped me with a number of other items of purchase and has always done a great job.. I always ask for him when I return to Best Buy for a product.

Z at Geek Squad set this printer and laptop up on Marach 12, 2026. It is working just fine and I have figured out how to get COM 10 envelopes and 4 X 6 photos to print out of this new printer. I'm still adjusting to the differences between this printer and my old HP Envoy 7640 printer (especially the paper tray that is entirely different!)

Excellent printer, very convenient, with a great analysis. And very easy to install.

This printer is easy to use once you read the directions and walk through them properly for set up, and I am told that the ink lasts longer than on the other type of printers. My previous printer stopped working after only 4 or so years. I hope this one proves more durable.

After reading all instructions and noticing what to do with certain colored plastic bits, I was able to set up the printer and fill the ink chambers. It seems to be working well!

Great printer for the money. Was looking for an all in one that is compact enough to fit inside of an office cabinet. This printer packs a lot for its small size. I’ve used the mobile printing option and various laptops already and the quality is exceptional. The refillable ink is a great idea which saves you money long term. This printer is a mixed bag. It loads paper on the back meaning it doesn't hold much paper like a bottom loader. It also does not print on both sides. I do like the ink tank approach, however. As a teacher, I should have picked a different printer. As a homebody that seldom makes copies, this is great.

Printer works excellent. However, one criticism I do have is that I find it to be highly inconvenient that their online Technical support appears to only be able to communicate with customers through ONLY a minimum bandwidth 2.4GHZ wireless network. Most people I know personally have Internet network plans much higher than that bandwidth so I'm not sure who at HP made that silly dumb decision. If the printer would change that policy, I would feel more inclined to rate the Printer 5 stars instead of 4 stars. Otherwise - print quality is excellent and I have no complaints about how the printer functions or prints documents for me.
