This printer at this point in time seems to do a great job of printing basic documents. But, it is a little slow. It claims that the ink (that was provided) will last 2 years. Time will tell.

Very easy to use. Didn’t think I would like the liquid cartridges, but the print quality is great. I do not use this for work but only personal use, and for that it is all I need and want.

Printer, scanner, copies… excellent all in one compact printer. It is not very clear how to order the free of charge ink. It comes with 2 years free consumables. High value for your money!

works well with wide’s iphone and ipad. Works well with HP windows 11. Too bad it doesn’t read my old Windows 7 computer.

Its pretty good. I have issues with loading paper and it freezing up and then not printing then its a whole get up to get it to print again. But when it does print its good.

I replaced a one year old Canon printer which never worked correctly and I'M SO HAPPY I DID! This HP was easy to set up and has been working wonderfully!

Not as I expected have had a hard time with it. It had a hard time printing and connecting to WiFi

I could not get the printer to connect to the computer. I went to the store and took the printer and computer and had a Geek work on it and he told me it was working but was connected with a cord and not wirelessly. He said it might not work when I got home because it would be a wireles connection. Needless to say, it did not work! I went back to the store and asked them to schedule for the Geek Squad to come to my home and work on it, but they said I would have to call Best Buy.com and schedule that my self. I ended up hiring another technician to come to my home and do the needed repair. Not a good experience!

I think it works great and the fact I don’t have to worry about the ink it’s great !

Very reliable! Was easy set up and straight forward! I will say we did run to a problem with connecting to our wifi as it needed a specific speed, but we just got a cord to connect to my laptop.

What a gem of a machine! It’s user friendly, creates beautiful prints from my laptop photo collection, and has an amazing new ink system that will last at least two years without a need to buy any ink cartridges.

ONCE IT WAS PUT TOGETHER, IT WAS GREAT. BUT INSTRUCTIONS WERE UNCLEAR FOR REMOVING ONE OF THE YELLOW PLASTIC GUARDS AND HAD TO GO INTO THE GEEK SQUAD FOR HELP. (WHICH ARE ALWAYS WONDERFUL TO GO TO FOR HELP AND VERY PATIENT WITH SENIORS.
