I’ve had this printer for 15 days. So far I have not had any problems or issues. Everything has been pretty self explanatory. I graduated to this from a Kodak model. All in all, they’re fairly similar in functionality. The ink dries on this HP much quicker. So very happy about this. I’m able to do quite a bit more in options on this HP printer than I ever thought about on my old printer. I’ll be in printer heaven for a while of course. For the price, this is definitely a good option for your home or small office.

This printer has already saved me so much money just in ink!! I had a big project and printer over 150 full ink papers and the ink only went down half way! Love love love! Worth every penny!

This printer was easy to set up. The image quality is bright and clear. I was able to easily connect my phone to the app and print directly from my cell phone.

Good parts: very quiet operation in printing, good quality, large ink wells refillable. Negative: during installation, the printhead housing didn’t move to the center by itself as had been suggested by the instructions. That caused me some confusion. The lack of doc feeder for the scanner is a weakness. You have to page load every page.

I would 100% by this printer again. It’s so clear and easy. Because I don’t have a laptop, I send everything from my phone to the printer and it comes out perfect ! Price was good.

Best printer ive owned. Have had this orinter for almost a year and it is still going strong with zero problems. I have not had to refill the included inks yet and i print constantly for school and party things. I like how the printer can clean its own print heads. Overall a great investment. It pays for itself really with how many times i would have to buy ink cartridges.

Great printer for a great price. I chose this to fit in my small space. It is for home use only, but makes good quality prints. The colors are accurate. I am very pleased.

Bought a printer and 4yr contract for $244. Could not get it set up. Paid another $40 to Best Buy to help but they couldn't make it work either. Returned printer to Best Buy which is 50mi away. They told me to just take it home since it was past the 14 day window. After the manager said she was going way out of her way she issued a gift card for less than I paid. Will think long and hard about any future purchases. When I bought the printer and contract salesperson said that after 3 1/2 yrs to bring it back and say I don't want it and get a refund. Couldn't get a refund now when it didn't work at all!

The setup instructions weren't the best, but the device works very well once that was done. Refills are easy.
