    The hp serial number didn't match that printer. So I could never set it up with hp online help. Best Buy repair shop LITCHFIELD Rd. Refuse to help me. Even though I purchased 4 year warrenty. So after much pain, I threw it in the trash and purchased another brand from another company! $179 Lesson. I keep the receipt so I never forget!!

    Purchased one and returned it for even exchange initial purchase was opened box not brand new ink was smeared all over product exchanged item had printer head problems. Bought an Epson instead.

    This is a great little printer. I love the way the bottles of ink empty into the reservoirs without spilling a drop! The only drawback is the few number of pages printed per minute. Nevertheless, this printer fits my needs and is certainly a keeper.
