I don’t anything about this printer. It’s slow, paper jams, gets ink all over other pages, it rendomly stops running… too many errors.

Bought it. Printed twice. Had problems with the feeder. I don't know if it was just a problem with this printer or the model.

The printer stopped printing black 4 months after I bought it, spent hours on phone with hp support desk they finally agreed to send me a replacement since mine was under warranty new one came today carriage won't move to center spent another hour on phone with hp support said it was faulty printheads which they just sent o me today. DON"T BUY!

This printer does not work with the Hp computer I bought at the same time.

Hp support is terrible and wanted me to purchase products that i didn't want.

I had a lot of problems with this printer and had to call HP 5 times. The printer is offline and wireless did not work. Scanner was offline also, would not connect. I still have some problems with this printer. I would not recommend it at this time until HP fixes all the problems.

Can't make it work. Does not install easily on my computer. Called support and sold me useless, invasive software. All together a disaster.

Clerk told me it did auto double sided. It does not. Very disappointed, but over 3 days and ink installed to be returned. Also after "successfully installed". Kept going off line. Needed 3 support calls.

It was not a good printer. Did not keep. Returned to store. Tried another HP and didn’t have luck. Returned. Settled with a cannon.

Horrible choice. I spend more time trouble shooting to print, scan or just to get the status to Online than I do working. I have to remove and install the printer DAILY! Most of the time it still doesn't work. I have a couple of the trouble shooting videos memorized. I'll leave it at that. MH

Black ink prints fine. Color ink is printing with lines everywhere. Disappointed.

Just went to this HP after years with a brother printer. I can't get it to work with AirPrint and they want me to add apps and drivers. will only print a few pages when it does work.

Printer would not print colored documents and only printed black and white regardless of advertisement. Had to return.

Worst printing ever does print upon opening. Tried recalibrating and it still didn’t work Best Buy refuses to take back and called the cops on me for being black and trying to return the product per their return policy I will nevr buy from here again

waste a lot of paper - therefore a lot of ink. Prints things 2 - 3 times even though I only asked for 1 copy. Haven't figured out how to do some things. I guess you get what you pay for. Could have used a little more info about the printer at time I bought

It just does not work consistently. Very frustrating to keep unplugging. Would not suggest buying this model.

The product felt cheap and flimsy. It was defective right out of the box. I will never purchase HP again. Never gotten anything from HP that wasnt junk.
