it is just ok, not great not great not great not great

It’s already not working after two months. Also, I do not like the fact that I have to pour ink inside.

I am having trouble getting the printer and my MacBook synced. So haven’t been able to use it yet

Two printers and a visit from the Geek Squad and couldn’t get interface with iPod or iPhone in a sustained fashion. Returned for an Epson product and no problem.

I swore I would never buy an HP printer again, but this one looked pretty good. Endless frustration trying to use HP smart to connect to WiFi. Will return ASAP.

Will not go online. Will not sinc with any electronics.

i have found this to be very hard to set up, but i like the printer so far.

This product failed for me- error messages could not be corrected with regard to ink function, There are ink distributor cartridges that add to the margin of error and will mean expenses in the future- Epson, which I replaced it with is much better set up. The paper also loads from the rear which seems more exposed than the traditional drawer.

It prints via modem is great but it doesn’t copy right at all

Not happy with the printer. Would like a refund or to exchange for another one.

Not worth the money and print quality is average. Expensive catridges

Cannot automatically print double sided. Followed directions and put paper in again to print the remaining sheets, and it printed one blank page first which threw all the page numbers off. Huge hassle to print a simple document.

I requested information about this printer from Best Buy's employee or salesman. The problem is that the sellers do not have any idea of this printer. In addition to the four containers of Ink, the printer had in addition two cartridges' which must also be installed. It does whats supposed to do. It has made me alot of money with my crafting

The printer itself is only okay. It takes a lot longer to print items than expected and there's an error message about the ink cartridge's more often than expected.
