I am using this for school work and love the printer. The Smart Tank 5101 is one of the best printers I have bought. The ink goes on dry and no smearing. The fact that it includes 2 years of ink in the box is a steal! If you are in the market for a printer for School, Work, or Anything this is the printer for you!

Good quality printer. Had a little trouble printing from multiple devices at first but was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem.

It works great. Was a little intimidated filling ink bottles and installing printer heads, but the instructions walk you through it all. The liquid ink is less expensive than the cartridges. Love the fact I won't have to stock pile printer ink cartridges any more.

This printer is great! The ink last forever the prints come out fabulous I have absolutely no regrets and purchasing this printer. Highly recommended!

Can only do about 5 sheets of paper at once without jamming.

I bought this printer because the refillable ink was quite easy. That would be a good idea, i was told it had dual Wi-Fi, but it does not. so it prints slow. I have 5G, but this printer does not print fast have problems with Wi-Fi when it was hooked up printed slow . the worst problem I had was jammed up three times . The paper and there’s no way to get it out easily. You can’t pull up from the front you have to flip the printer, unplug it turn it upside down and try to pull a full sheet of paper out of the bottom of it . extremely difficult never had a printer. It was so difficult to remove a jam. I am returning it to buy a different model. Do your research, I didn’t do enough!

We bought this printer as we have 2 HP desktops and 1 HP laptop computer. Really have been pleased with those products. The printer is not of the same quality. It was difficult to set up - never had to load my own printer heads before!! The quality of printing is excellent, but the machine is so very noisy and so very slow to get the job done. Think it was rather pricey for the quality.

Easy install, print quality excellent, noise factor low.

It is a very good investment. I would highly recommend this product

If you want a printer that that makes a lot of color pages, this is it! I bought this printer in July of 2023 and have not replaced the ink tanks yet. With the amount of color printing I do, I estimate that I would have replaced cartridges 2 or 3 times by now.

WORKING GOOD BUT LITTLE SLOWER THAN I HAD ANOTHER MODEL OF HP, I LOVE HP PRODUCT. INK WAS NOT IN THE PRINTER, YOU HAVE TO POUR IT IN THE CARTRIDGE, SO ONE DOES NOT KNOW HOW LONG WILL LAST (HOPEFULLY 2 YEARS)

So far so good, easy to install, easy to use and it works fast enough!! Really nice purchase and great price!

was very hard to set up like the ink cartridges made it easy to fill

It takes a while for the printer to warm up and orint out. No buttons on my printer has to work from phone if you want scan, fax etc options. Also feeding one page at a time is annoying.

Love the fact that come with so much ink. I home hp keep doing products like this
