Best printer ever! No more dinky ink cassettes that run out every week.

Love this printer. Low cost ink and all. I only wish it had front and back printing

The printer is very good, fast and with very good quality. We needed a better quality in our photos so it was not useful. We had a very good treatment from the BestBuy staff in the whole process.

The printer works, The copies are clear. I am able to send documents from both my computer and phone. I have not yet tried sending a document from the printer to me. I like the refillable ink aspect.

Good, it loses signal easily, sometimes you have to restart the power…

The product has served me well it's easy to used and it has been functioning well I have no issues or complaints.

It works very well and the ink it uses is very good in the economic sense. And the instructions for setting up the printer to a computer as well through HP Smart as well as the printer itself were pretty clear. Only thing that kept me from giving this 5 stars was the fact that it doesn't flip your paper to print on both sides as you would have to do that manually. Though if I could, I would have given this a 4.5 out of 5 stars.

The biggest drawback on this printer is even though it said it can do double sided, mine doesn't. The next drawback is not having a tray to hold more paper, and multiple types of paper, such as 8X11 and photo paper.

I really like how the ink works on this printer. It prints very well. Not a big paper tray, but I use it for personal use only so it has been great so far. It was relatively easy to set up by using the information that was provided in the packaging and my phone.

Works just as it is suppose to do. Easy setup as well.

For very basic uses this printer is adequate. It does not automatically print on both sides and paper capacity is small.

I’ve had this printer for 15 days. So far I have not had any problems or issues. Everything has been pretty self explanatory. I graduated to this from a Kodak model. All in all, they’re fairly similar in functionality. The ink dries on this HP much quicker. So very happy about this. I’m able to do quite a bit more in options on this HP printer than I ever thought about on my old printer. I’ll be in printer heaven for a while of course. For the price, this is definitely a good option for your home or small office.

Fast printing and clear printing. Would recomend this printer.
