Very good except for below. 1. Slow printing 2. there is no good touch screen to operate on for example sending the scanned copy to email etc.

This printer provides everything we wanted at a great price. Having the ink tanks saves on ink expense and being wifi enabled provides more flexibility.

Don't waste your money like I did, it's been over a year now and I still regret, printer won't take paper sometimes you have to spend 1 30 minutes or more just for it to take the paper, it doesn't matter what paper u are using it always takes a long time, I try calling customer service but all they did was basic maintenance that you can look up on YouTube.

Best printer I have ever had. The price point is right. Printer is very responsive with wi-fi. Quality of print is sharp. Easy set up. Could not adjust print darkness, I thought was a little dim. Overall excellent in my opinion.

Best purchase for my home office!! I work 100% from home and I’m a doctoral student. Thank goodness for the free ink for 2 years. Don’t hesitate to but one. I bought (2). One for myself amd one for my daughter earning her masters degree.

Pretty good printer!! Have been printing out a lot of pages for a couple of weeks now and the ink levels are holding steady.

I was having the hardest time getting this to work. I have 4 HP printers and plotters. and wanted to stay with Hp so not to have any problems. Like one corrupting or conflicting another. If you find any problems setting this up. Do not use a surge protector. As soon as I unplugged it from a surge protector and plugged it directly into the wall. It all worked great. And don’t forget to share within wifi. So your phone or tablets can work too. But a really big Thank you to Hector from HP Support.

Believe product to be superb in service. However, first attempt to use after tech installed and left noted system offline. Still awaiting follow up service.

This is tough. Part of the problem may be on me, running an older system and not reading carefully, but the experience was not good. I trust HP, having one of their monitors and a computer, HP-110. 8-9 years old, survived a lighting surge(except the ethernet port) but it ran Windows 8. The printer box appeared to support this, but it did not. Finally updated, worked over the course of 2 days to get it to print, and finally found a configuration that worked. Quality is fine, but the printer and now my computer are slower than they use to be(old printer was an Epson). Customer support basically unhelpful FAQ's. Again, my old system and ways did not work smoothly with this printer. If you're running Windows 10 or 11, you shouldn't have my experience, but the days of PNP and OOBE seem to have passed.

So quick to set up and I don’t think I will ever go back to purchasing printers that use cartridges again. Tanks are easy to fill with ink and monitor its contents.

Great upgrade from ink jet. Easy to set up. Works great. If you do a lot of copying or scanning consider the model with a paper feed.

Solid Printer setup was a bit of a challenge. Got through it .. might have been me. Quality is very good.

Easy to use and you can print directly from your phone! Huge help!
