I very pleased with my new HP Printer. It is extremely dependable and makes my home & office projects so much easier. I would recommend it to others. I am also very grateful to the Best Buy staff member who directed me to this particular HP printer. It made it much easier to navigate the many printers available at Best Buy!

This printer is perfect for our home use. Excellent product, for making copies of important paperwork and copies of pictures etc.

Wonderful color & unbelievable price for the bottles of ink. We never go back to cartridge printers again.

Only reason it's not 5 stars, is due to scanner issues. It scans easy enough & looks ok on the screen, but once saved the document information & settings are rearranged. Viewing and printing is all messed up.

Works great so far… it is an Echo tank like my last one (different brand) that we had issues with. Hopefully this brand will work better and ink not constantly clog up. I’m giving it a 4 star only because I’m skeptical. To be fair we may only print something 2-4 times a month, so it seems we are constantly cleaning heads.

This printer works real well and the ink bottles that come with it are so large that it will last a long time.

Purchased SmartTank 1501 in June and after using it not more than 5 times to print, the unit stopped responding. Attempts to print gave errors that printer was busy and power button was flashing dimmed white. Spent over an hour with Tech Support went through factory resets, power cycling router, using different devices to try and print and using different HP apps. The Tech Support Rep was attempting to find cause in everything else except the faulty unit itself. Even tried to tell me to contact my internet service provider. End result is that I have to send back the unit for them to discard, then once they receive defective unit, a replacement will be sent to me. Used the printer for a month and printed 5 times; now I have to wait a month for a replacement leaving me with no printer. Poor product quality and poor customer service. Will never purchase another HP product again.

It is nice that I don't have to buy ink cartridges all the time and the print quality is very good.
