I waited to long so I can not take it back for a refund. I wish I could have tested it in the store to see the quality and time it takes to print. So here is my review: It prints extremally slow and the quality of the print is very flat and muted. It does not hold that much paper at a time and it takes up a huge amount of desk space and the color of the unit feels outdated. For the price of this printer I am overall very unhappy with it.

Works well took a little bit to set up but once it was set up it does a good job. Not the fastest printer. Top-feed paper supply could be worked on often takes more than one sheet of paper.

It has give me a piece of mind sinceI have got it that I can now have the receipt in print and not loose them

I bought this printer after i found out my old one didnt want to work. I will say this is an improvement for sure. From printing quality to the abiltiy to add my own ink rather than the cartridge its been great.

We love this printer, it does everyting we want and love the fact that we dont need ink cartridges. The HP app that you can use is also great and has many options. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable printer.

Excellent color, easy setup. I have done a lot of printing since I got it and doesn't seem to have put a dent in the ink, tanks still show full. After the last 3 or 4 printers I had, which were Canon, I am finally in love!

I have tried them all, this HP ink value is a plus for me. Don't knock it until you try it. It's not fast, but it works for me. I always say that the proof is in the pudding. You will enjoy it.

The copier is slow and the paper slot is in the back which makes it hard to refill. It prints copies that are of a good quality.

This is the best printer that I’ve ever used. It is a little stubborn if the power goes off or if you have to move it to a different location, but it’s nothing that can’t be easily fixed.

I love not having to run around looking for a place to make copies or fax. Now I can do it in the comfort of my own home. Plus its cheaper! I just found out one of my cousins has the same printer from best buy. This is really cool.

Caution ink leaks. I moved across town after filling the printer with ink, wasn't good. Black ink everywhere. Also make sure your wireless router broadcasts at 2.7kHz because it won't connect otherwise. Returning it.

Yiu can not scan to an email or save to a USB. Every time I want to print something I have to go make sure the printer is on

I admit that the service for installation and setup was very professionally done! They were very informed of the products to be installed. I would recommend this product to everyone!

Great little printer for the money. Ink tank technology is great. Wish the paper tray had more capacity.

I really like this printer it works really great and we print a lot of stuff from important things to coloring pages for our great grandchildren

Very tough to set up! Bafflingly rejects my WIFI no matter what I do. Currently using it with USB cord…

Hp smart tank is a good invertion for my job because is excellent
