Was this the BEST BUY?

Paid another $40 to Best Buy to help but they couldn't make it work either. Returned printer to Best Buy which is 50mi away. They told me to just take it home since it was past the 14 day window. After the manager said she was going way out of her way she issued a gift card for less than I paid. Will think long and hard about any future purchases. When I bought the printer and contract salesperson said that after 3 1/2 yrs to bring it back and say I don't want it and get a refund. Couldn't get a refund now when it didn't work at all!

Love this printer

One thing that I would change is that you cannot turn your paper sideways to print landscape. Loved the service before and after the sale. I have a Best Buy Membership, and we get free set up at home and many extras make it hard not to shop there.

This printer rarely stays connected for more than 10 minutes despite the claimed “self-healing”:feature. Working with HP for a replacement

Received and began setting up the printer but have not had time to fill the ink or turn on the WiFi connection. The printer looks pristine and once I got the packing stuff out, seemed to be in great condition. I believe this will have been a good buy once I start using it.
