    Good printer when it works. Sometimes it takes a long time to get the system synced with my laptop. Buttons are not very intuitive and often flash errors. Came with a lot of ink though.

I am pleased with the terms and agreement affixed to the item purchase and the customer service was absolutely - 100% stellar. Cheers.     Had to return the first one I bought as it had some sort of error, and would not let me finish setting it up. Second one works great! I wish the ink quality was better though.
