This works when it wants to . I have to turn it on and off 3 times or more before it prints . I am so disappointed in this product to be honest and I am looking to return it .

I did not like that it does not print double wide on its own you would have to reload the paper to print Tom the other side

This printer just does not work well; even new it was slow and took forever to recieve the file to print. After 8 months, it just stopped working. The app says its ready, the readout on the printer says its ready, but it refuses to print.

Even thoughthe name has 'Smart' in it - it is lacking that for sure. Constantly jumps off the networks, takes forever to print, etc

The paper consistently jams. It states it holds up to 100 pieces of paper I only put 50 in and after two pages it jammed. I put 10 in the area just enough for the job. Every other page it jammed. On top of that the print got lighter and lighter. The ink levels are full. I will be returning this the printer. I do not recommend this printer.

Used for less than a month only, now cant use it anymore, cant connect to wifi, tried everything. Waste of money

Bought it. Printed twice. Had problems with the feeder. I don't know if it was just a problem with this printer or the model.

It has been awful!! It copies fine. But trying to copy something from my computer takes like 5 minutes to print 1 page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Something is screwed up big time with the wifi!! I should not have to go thru this crap!!!!!

Worst printer I've ever had. It took 3 to 5 minutes to print one page, and trying to use your wifi to print from your phone was almost impossible. I'll never buy HP printers again. Oh i called customer service and they wanted to send a tech out to look at it, for the low cost of 250.00 when the device was bought the same day. WOW

The printer never stays connected to my computer try to connect it directly to the computer and still wont print

I don’t anything about this printer. It’s slow, paper jams, gets ink all over other pages, it rendomly stops running… too many errors.

Will not print most things Very disappointed Won't recommend it

This is the second printer that I have purchased that has a top feed for the paper, and just as the prior one that I had it keeps getting stuck and now it won't work at all it's completely broken. I'm returning the printer and exchanging it for a tray fee.

The color quality was poor. I was trying to print out a wood dresser that was a light-colored brown wood, it came out orange. The majority of the items that I printed came out way off of the colors I had hoped. I ran all of the troubleshooting I could find online to potentially correct the problem but it fell short. I returned the product 24 hours later.

It was not a good printer. Did not keep. Returned to store. Tried another HP and didn’t have luck. Returned. Settled with a cannon.

Can't make it work. Does not install easily on my computer. Called support and sold me useless, invasive software. All together a disaster.

This printer does not work with the Hp computer I bought at the same time.

The printer stopped printing black 4 months after I bought it, spent hours on phone with hp support desk they finally agreed to send me a replacement since mine was under warranty new one came today carriage won't move to center spent another hour on phone with hp support said it was faulty printheads which they just sent o me today. DON"T BUY!

Printer would not print colored documents and only printed black and white regardless of advertisement. Had to return.

I had a lot of problems with this printer and had to call HP 5 times. The printer is offline and wireless did not work. Scanner was offline also, would not connect. I still have some problems with this printer. I would not recommend it at this time until HP fixes all the problems.
