Very disappointed, but over 3 days and ink installed to be returned. Also after "successfully installed". Kept going off line. Needed 3 support calls.

I can't get it to work with AirPrint and they want me to add apps and drivers. will only print a few pages when it does work.

Horrible Choice

I spend more time trouble shooting to print, scan or just to get the status to Online than I do working. I have to remove and install the printer DAILY! Most of the time it still doesn't work. I have a couple of the trouble shooting videos memorized. I'll leave it at that. MH

Waste of money

Color printing is not good

Tried recalibrating and it still didn’t work Best Buy refuses to take back and called the cops on me for being black and trying to return the product per their return policy I will nevr buy from here again

Prints things 2 - 3 times even though I only asked for 1 copy. Haven't figured out how to do some things. I guess you get what you pay for. Never Buying HP again

I was able to use it twice to print about 30 pages total before it started to jam. I haven’t been able to get it to print anything else.

Failed HP printer
