This thing is temperamental! It is inconsistent. We have to unplug and reset it all too often to get it to print

Had problems installing, had to get help. May save money on ink, but for a senior to operate, I think my last HP printer was easier to muse.

Clerk told me it did auto double sided. It does not. Very disappointed, but over 3 days and ink installed to be returned. Also after "successfully installed". Kept going off line. Needed 3 support calls.

Have to give it a one star because Best Buy sent me the wrong one. Tried to send me model with two years of printing ink and telling me it’s OK. It’s not OK.

Its okay if you aint going to print to much. It says 2yrs of ink in the box, but not really 2 yrs. Minimum printing then the ink will last 2 yrs.

I returned this as the geek squad team that was supposed to come out and hook it up to the internet, cancelled the appointment twice and never rescheduled.

It was extremely difficult and time consuming to get my HP lap top and my Apple iPad to both communicate with the printer. I also haven’t yet determined the root cause of why it sometimes splatters ink all over some of my printouts. I’m hoping it has stopped, but time will tell.

Having problems with the color printing. The paper feed does does not feed right especially when using photo paper. Also instead of printing one page, 2 papers come out with just regular computer paper. This is the second print I brought from you that is not up to par.

Brand new and it won't communicate with the color printhead correctly. Fiddled with it for an hour, finally got it to print color again, and it took about 5 pages for it to not print poorly. Tried to use it the next day, color printhead won't communicate again. I bought this because my last HP printer failed to communicate wirelessly anymore, and the Epson equivalent wasn't in stock at best buy. I needed this to work for an event, and it is a complete letdown. Wont even let me print in B&W.

    Horrible printer

Horrible. Ink almost out after 3 months use & it’s used maybe once a week for 1-2 pages and mostly black ink only. Takes forever to print so speed is slow & trying to AirPrint is awful! 98% of the time it won’t pick up on the AirPrint and you have to turn the printer off/back on & start the process again. It’s not an internet connectivity issue. Worst printer I’ve ever bought. I want to throw it out the window! Got suckered into the sales pitch from Best Buy guys saying the bottled ink is the new way to go and it last two years. NO TRUE! Do not buy this printer.

Regret buying this one..if you’re not a techy this printer is not for you. There’s no actual screen to operate manually. You will have to connect it to your computer via WiFi to operate and troubleshoot. Not the one I wanted. I wished I can return it.

This is the worst printer ever. Super slow, barely connects its inactive or searching network 90% of the time. I don’t understand why they pushed me to this. Absolute loss

I had this less than 30 days and tried printing a document of 7 pages. Printed the first 4 just fine and on page 5 it started making a horrible noise and paper was getting stuck. I have a paper jam somewhere but see no paper. Best Buy wouldn’t return or even help me because it was past the 14 day return policy and HP said I had to wait 30 days before they’d send me a new printer. I had only done about 4 print jobs of one piece of paper before it decided it couldn’t handle 7 pages.

It showed capable of two-sided printing on the display. When I got home, I discovered that it required printing on one side then reloading the paper to print the other side. I wanted something like my older (and much cheaper) printer did which did that automatically. So I returned it and got a cheaper printer.
