BUT beware, Best Buy advertises in store and online "3" years of ink included. Manufactures box shows only "2" years?! Will have to wait to see.

Easy setup with excellent print quality. Very user friendly. The printer is on a separate floor of my home and I’m able to connect and print with ease from my MacBook Air!

An excellent item with good print quality. One thing that caused a drop of rating was the Wifi. The wifi loses connectivity intermittently. This is noticed on laptops and Mac's, but at that very moment the device is reachable via the mobile app. Quirky behavior of the wifi but I have found workarounds which are not the best but get the job done. The software is good with loads of good features. Overall happy with the purchase.

Setting it up could have been easier. Putting the ink in you needed the bottles placed perfectly to get the to click in and the print heads were also hard to install.

Deserves 10 stars! I have been looking for an inkjet printer that handles cardstock and this one does a good job because the paper is stored in the back so it doesn't have to bend around a roller and get stuck/torn. I also like the switch to ink bottles instead of cartridges. No chance of spilling the ink when filling due to the bottle design so this is a winner all around. Good job HP!

Good prints, good color, two sided prints takes some dexterity. Struggling keeping it connected to computers, but likely not a problem with printer.

I previously had a printer that used toner. I got significantly less pages of printing from that printer and the toner cartridges were kind of expensive. I really like this printer with the ink tanks. I get more pages printed and the ink really isnt too expensive. Im having to get used to the slower printing pace, but its worth it to me. I also really like being able to print from anywhere. The bluetooth/wireless printing is really a life saver. I have so many things that are easier to pront from my phone. This is a really convenient feture.

In general it is a nice printer! Setup is slightly different than previous printer, due to inks! Was surprised that display lights did not stay lit. I could not get unit to scan from HP Smart app(Desktop). Was able to do all other functions. Not the fastest printer, but quality was good. Will keep an eye on the claim of “1 year of ink” .

This printer was easy to set up and has been easy to use as well. It is great to be able to print from my phone. The printing is good quality as well.

For the compactness and functionality it is worth the buy. My only issue is that you have to ensure you do not put a lot of paper in the feeder.

Great printer, and when my computer messed up printing in color, I just called the Geek Squad, to which I belong, and they talked me through the correction so that it would work!!!

Outstanding new wireless printer. The HP - Smart Tank 5101 was reasonably priced and was easy to set up. Print quality is fantastic for a home printer.

Great product and finally better designed printer ink! Loads of ink comes with this printer, I love the way it uses a tank with bottles of color.

We needed to replace our old printer/scanner combo. After some research online we decided on the HP 5101 from Best Buy. It was simple to use, and we get good quality copies from our new printer. We would definitely recommend this printer for the cost and quality from Best Buy.

Easy set up. The plug did work it’s way loose once, but now that I know that can happen it won’t be a problem in the future

Easy set up. Wi-Fi was biggest thing to slow down process. Figured it out and it prints great. Does not seem to loose connectivity which is great.
