Overall, not a bad product but I had an issue with the print head not moving to the center. After multiple turn offs and turn ons, it finally positioned itself in the center and proceeded to print my test page.

An excellent item with good print quality. One thing that caused a drop of rating was the Wifi. The wifi loses connectivity intermittently. This is noticed on laptops and Mac's, but at that very moment the device is reachable via the mobile app. Quirky behavior of the wifi but I have found workarounds which are not the best but get the job done. The software is good with loads of good features. Overall happy with the purchase.

The manual is a better guide than the website for setting up the printer.

Decent printer. Wouldnt recommend for printing pictures. A little grainy.

Very easy to set up. And prints very well. Fairly quiet. Only 4 stars because the paper holder is a bit flimsy. I'm hoping it holds up.

This printer is an economical and cost saving addition to my home office. The refillable ink tanks are a real money saver. The print quality is phenomenal.

So far, so good. We'd hesitated buying a printer because of all the disappointment from past purchases. This one does what we need it to do even if it doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles.

In general it is a nice printer! Setup is slightly different than previous printer, due to inks! Was surprised that display lights did not stay lit. I could not get unit to scan from HP Smart app(Desktop). Was able to do all other functions. Not the fastest printer, but quality was good. Will keep an eye on the claim of “1 year of ink” .

Excellent. Finally a printer that doesn't need to replace the ink cartridges.

Very strong and responsive printer. The ink has lasted for several months through many print jobs both for school and for work. The only issue I have faced is an occasional latency with the printer connecting to my laptop, but that is more h to an likely an issue with my laptop as it is old and has its own struggles. Definitely worth its price

This printer has already saved me so much money just in ink!! I had a big project and printer over 150 full ink papers and the ink only went down half way! Love love love! Worth every penny!
