Great printer/scanner/copier that meets our needs and is economical as well. Print quality meets our expectations. It’s a bit slower than previous printer, but speed isn’t our primary concern.

works well - not sure on the ink usage yet - need to look at settings to see if I can adjust

I had to return this item as the GEEK agent was unable to set it up. I think a different agent would have set it up successfully. I preferred this HP printer over the Epson one that I purchased

The printer works, The copies are clear. I am able to send documents from both my computer and phone. I have not yet tried sending a document from the printer to me. I like the refillable ink aspect.

Very pleased that we purchased HP Smart. tank all in one printer. It works fine.

The printer is very good, fast and with very good quality. We needed a better quality in our photos so it was not useful. We had a very good treatment from the BestBuy staff in the whole process.

Like many, I’ve had several printers and they all have had issues. This one works. I’m shocked. It produces good quality prints of both photos and documents. My primary use is documents in black. The few photos I’ve printed for my daughters school projects have been great.

Much easier to use and sync with my new laptop Also cost of refill should be much cheaper

So far it performs as I expected it to. I love the scanning and the color that I get when I'm print something. I'm not sure if I will be able to change the color bottles, but I'm still learning this new machine. I think it was a great buy for all that I can do with it.

great wireless printer have to see how long the ink will last new to me.

It takes a while for the printer to warm up and orint out. No buttons on my printer has to work from phone if you want scan, fax etc options. Also feeding one page at a time is annoying.

For very basic uses this printer is adequate. It does not automatically print on both sides and paper capacity is small.
