Absolute garbage. Do Not Buy this printer. I worked for 4 months, maybe did 20 print jobs max. A page or two here and there. I lost a major account to this box of junk on my desk.

The paper tray isn't a tray where the paper is stored. It is positioned outside of the printer, so when loaded the paper is visible. It rests on its edge alongside and over the top of the printer.

I have only owned it for a few months and I have constant issues with wifi connectivity and oftentimes the printer malfunctions when attempting to shut it off...blinking constantly and forcing me to have to turn it on and off by unplugging it completely. These have been occurring since the initial setup when the printer first arrived.

I WIRED THE PRINTER TO MY HP LAPTOP. EVERY TIME I WANTED TO PRINT IT WAS A DISASTER. I SENT 3/4 OF A SHEET TO PRINT AND IT FINALLY PRINTED IT 2 HOURS LATER. I GAVE IT TO MY KIDS AND BOUGHT A EPSON.
I NOW GET A PRINTOUT IN A SHORT TIME AS SOON AS THE PRINTER INISALISE.

So far so good. I have only had it less than a month and have used it for a few print jobs. I love the fact I don’t need to replace ink cartridges anymore. I may update this review after I use it for a few more months.

I liked the idea of filling up the ink cartridges instead of having to buy individual cartridges that produce more waste. This printer wasn’t as easy to set up as all the printers I have had in the past. It doesn’t work half the time. It has a tendency to turn itself off. Instead of pulling one piece of paper through it pulls a bunch and gets jammed.

I have usually bought another brand of printer. But recently bought this HP smart printer and it is fantastic. And knowing the ink supply should last for 2 years is an extra bonus. I am glad I bought this printer.

The printer does not support auto both-sided printing, nor does it have a front paper Cassette/concealed paper tray, which is disappointing considering there are other printers available at a lower price point that offer these features.
To print on both sides, you need to manually reload the paper when prompted for the second side. However, we experienced frequent paper jams and excessive paper feeding issues during our printing attempts. Not recommended.

I told the employees that I was looking for a user-friendly printer because I'm not really high-tech. They suggested this one would be great. It's not. It takes 20 minutes to get the printer to properly connect every time I use it. Most of the time I end up using the app from my phone because it's easier, but not easy.
