Awkward af to get installed and working as designed. Drivers are clunky. After 90 minutes- finally hooked up and printing. Its a cheap solution for infrequent printing. You get what you pay for.

Good printer, takes a second to print and phone must stay on the screen if not a trouble error appears.

Difficult to set up and use.....tech support was very helpful but still have problems using printer.

Helped me with wedding envelope printing. Awesome product, uses very low amount of ink and it goes a long way

So far it works pretty good. Wireless printing is awesome I don’t have to hook it up with a cord.

Decent printer for the price Harder to connect than I expected

Good value for price. Good opportunity to move away from print cartridge use. Good for moderate daily or weekly use. Good quality scanner.

The printer will not print. I have not had the printer very long. I used to be able to turn off the computer and turn off the printer, or cancel everything in the printer queue, then have it print, and it would print. Now, none of that works. It doesn't print. Do yourself a favor and buy the more expensive model -- the besalt colored one with the paper tray on the bottom. That printer actually works.

Works great! I am happy with it. I havent tried the ID copy yet but am anxious to as i keep copies of what i have in my wallet.

The printer is okay. It looks good in and out. It also a great deal because comes with ink thats good for 2 yrs and you just have to refill but the only thing i dont like is how slow it prints.. sometimes blank paper comes out when i print something.

Do not buy this printer. After 5 months it did not work for me. I now have to go back to find another printer. I was also frustrated when operating it. It is not worth the money or problems. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
