I had to return the first printer i bought, the second print has been good for a month so i would rate the 2nd a 5 star

Works well took a little bit to set up but once it was set up it does a good job. Not the fastest printer. Top-feed paper supply could be worked on often takes more than one sheet of paper.

Got this printer for my parents who absolutely love it.

Gave up on the ink cartridge type painters because they all gave up the ghost within a year of purchase and were temperamental in the meanwhile. This new type of printer is reliable and not at all temperamental so far. Time will reveal durability.

Tech agent was extremely helpful and listened to my questions and directed me to the proper solution

I waited to long so I can not take it back for a refund. I wish I could have tested it in the store to see the quality and time it takes to print. So here is my review: It prints extremally slow and the quality of the print is very flat and muted. It does not hold that much paper at a time and it takes up a huge amount of desk space and the color of the unit feels outdated. For the price of this printer I am overall very unhappy with it.

This is the most worst piece of garbage I’ve ever owned. Absolutely worthless. Won’t consistent sync to Wi-Fi. Always has ‘issues.’ Don’t purchase.

The copier is slow and the paper slot is in the back which makes it hard to refill. It prints copies that are of a good quality.

So far so good. haven't changed out ink yet, and at times communication with my PC gets twitchy. But, overall, very satisfy,

I admit that the service for installation and setup was very professionally done! They were very informed of the products to be installed. I would recommend this product to everyone!

We love this printer, it does everyting we want and love the fact that we dont need ink cartridges. The HP app that you can use is also great and has many options. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable printer.

I bought this printer after i found out my old one didnt want to work. I will say this is an improvement for sure. From printing quality to the abiltiy to add my own ink rather than the cartridge its been great.

Loved the new cartridge system, you can just refill it and keep it going.

Makes too much noise, goes off-line frequently and no longer connects to my new WiFi with Verizon

I love not having to run around looking for a place to make copies or fax. Now I can do it in the comfort of my own home. Plus its cheaper! I just found out one of my cousins has the same printer from best buy. This is really cool.

I have tried them all, this HP ink value is a plus for me. Don't knock it until you try it. It's not fast, but it works for me. I always say that the proof is in the pudding. You will enjoy it.
