    Thank goodness for the Geek Squad. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. I have had nothing but issues with it.

    I will never buy another HP Smart anything. They're complete trash. Every single time I try to print, it's 20 minutes of screwing with connectivity, trying to get it to read the printer, and it'll show up on mye screen, but it won't allow me to print anything. And it's back and forth, back and forth, in and out of different screens, screwing with it, trying to get it to print. Absolute trash HP, you are garbage. Stay away from this printer and anything HP Smart

    HP app is cumbersome. Printer jams consistently even after changing paper using new ream. Hard to connect for multiple systems and if you change your router you are in trouble. Unreliable and can't be counted on to work reliably.

    One time all of the buttons on the control panel were flashing and I had to google what to do with this issue. We hadn’t printed very many pages at this time. There were a couple of other times it had issues printing.

    Had trouble setting it up. Call to Best Buy - no help over the phone - wanted me to send it back for a replacement - made appointment with Geek Squad instead and it was a simple fix.
