Switched to smart tank haven’t been impressed print quality on photos are terrible and the last time I filled ink it has had an error on the printhead I have replaced the printhead and contacted hp still doesn’t work so now I have replaced with the hp envy

I like the product, Inwish it had a document feeder to make it easy to scan multiple documents. Overall I like it.

I liked the idea of filling up the ink cartridges instead of having to buy individual cartridges that produce more waste. This printer wasn’t as easy to set up as all the printers I have had in the past. It doesn’t work half the time. It has a tendency to turn itself off. Instead of pulling one piece of paper through it pulls a bunch and gets jammed.

This happens to be one of the worst printers I have ever purchased. It continually goes off line or needs to be unplugged and replugged to work. I can never seem to print without unplugging it and restarting it. I do not recommend this printer.

Amazing color. I find things to print to just watch it.

Yiu can not scan to an email or save to a USB. Every time I want to print something I have to go make sure the printer is on

If I could give a zero I would! Worst product purchased, a literal lemon just flashes with codes. Cannot print from phone doesn’t like the cartridges now cannot print at all since moved from one house to another. So disappointed

Good all in one printer. Would have given it 5 stars except for the size was pretty big. Got it on sale.

Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend this printer. Also dont have to deal with HP instant ink account which actually sucked.

Good printer for a home, small jobs. Best part is it doesn't go through ink as quickly as my old HP.

hard to copy both sides and adjusting to computer to the printer. It would be clearer for knowledgeable PC users of senior age

The product itself is a 5 star, but the instructions for inserting the ink tanks were difficult to follow.

Really good printer. Produces great quality pictures and you dont get slammed with insane ink costs given it’s very efficient. All around a good printer and would recommend

Was very skeptical to buy this printer. The salesman was very helpful in explaining how to put the ink in etc. I absolutely love this printer, the best one I've had so far.

Good printer, takes a second to print and phone must stay on the screen if not a trouble error appears.

Love this printer but it prints slow than last printer.

Difficult to set up and use.....tech support was very helpful but still have problems using printer.
