The printer itself is only okay. It takes a lot longer to print items than expected and there's an error message about the ink cartridge's more often than expected.

This is a wireless computer. I should have gotten a wired in one. It was a nightmare to hookup it’s already booted itself off my WiFi network for no reason. All I can say is thank god for HP tech support

I was very disappointed in this printer. I set it up to my cell and was able to print one page. Then it would not reconnect to wifi and nothing I did would fix it. Neither my laptop or the cell could find the printer again. It is not user friendly. The APP I downloaded was unhelpful as was the chat and the written directions. Two other people came to assist and were unable to fix it. I returned it.

terrible customer service, product will not print consistly. i hired outside tech to help gety it set upo spent $200 and still not reliable printer.

I hate this printer. Its very slow when it comes to scanning. Am going to return it

I did not like that it does not print double wide on its own you would have to reload the paper to print Tom the other side

Still haven't been able to set it up. It will copy, but not print. Power cord is loose. It doesn't stay in.

Even thoughthe name has 'Smart' in it - it is lacking that for sure. Constantly jumps off the networks, takes forever to print, etc

First all it didn't work. 2nd I don't want to replace print heads as I am not swift when it comes to electronics. I returned it and got the 9125e.

The paper consistently jams. It states it holds up to 100 pieces of paper I only put 50 in and after two pages it jammed. I put 10 in the area just enough for the job. Every other page it jammed. On top of that the print got lighter and lighter. The ink levels are full. I will be returning this the printer. I do not recommend this printer.

This item required a replacement printerhead after minimal use. I do not recommend this product.

Used for less than a month only, now cant use it anymore, cant connect to wifi, tried everything. Waste of money

This works when it wants to . I have to turn it on and off 3 times or more before it prints . I am so disappointed in this product to be honest and I am looking to return it .

This printer just does not work well; even new it was slow and took forever to recieve the file to print. After 8 months, it just stopped working. The app says its ready, the readout on the printer says its ready, but it refuses to print.

I’m having a lot of errors when trying to print. It’s nice not having to change out ink cartridges but not sure it’s worth the hassle if I can’t use it

It has been awful!! It copies fine. But trying to copy something from my computer takes like 5 minutes to print 1 page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Something is screwed up big time with the wifi!! I should not have to go thru this crap!!!!!

The printer never stays connected to my computer try to connect it directly to the computer and still wont print

Worst printer I've ever had. It took 3 to 5 minutes to print one page, and trying to use your wifi to print from your phone was almost impossible. I'll never buy HP printers again. Oh i called customer service and they wanted to send a tech out to look at it, for the low cost of 250.00 when the device was bought the same day. WOW

This is the second printer that I have purchased that has a top feed for the paper, and just as the prior one that I had it keeps getting stuck and now it won't work at all it's completely broken. I'm returning the printer and exchanging it for a tray fee.

The color quality was poor. I was trying to print out a wood dresser that was a light-colored brown wood, it came out orange. The majority of the items that I printed came out way off of the colors I had hoped. I ran all of the troubleshooting I could find online to potentially correct the problem but it fell short. I returned the product 24 hours later.
